Sports Infrastructure & Turnkey Court Construction
From empty space to play-ready facility, most indoor courts in 7–21 days.
Every enterprise campus has underutilised space. sportsOS audits it, designs the right layout, procures the right equipment and installs it to the sport's association standard (BWF, FIBA and the like), then hands it back with a maintenance plan already in place.

What each court is built on, and how long it takes.
Indoor courts and rooms are usually play-ready in 7 to 21 days from site sign-off. Outdoor and enclosed courts take longer because the base, walls or enclosure are built on site.

SLA-backedCampuses with space and no clear plan for it.
Most GCC and enterprise campuses have underutilised terraces, basements, or ground-floor areas earmarked for "recreation" but never activated. sportsOS converts that intent into actual infrastructure, fast.
We handle every stakeholder: facilities, finance, HR and building management, so the project moves without you chasing vendors.
Questions about building a sports facility on campus
What does a turnkey sports infrastructure project include? +
Six stages, run by one team: a site audit and space plan, a court or room design to the relevant governing body standard, equipment procurement with GST invoices, professional installation, a documented handover with photographs, a warranty register and a maintenance schedule, and an optional move onto an annual maintenance contract.
How long does it take to build a sports court? +
Most indoor courts and rooms are play-ready in 7 to 21 days from site sign-off: table tennis in 2 to 3 days, a futsal court in 5 to 10 days, a badminton court in 7 to 14 days. Outdoor and enclosed courts take longer: tennis and squash 3 to 5 weeks, padel 4 to 6 weeks.
Which sports facilities can sportsOS build? +
Sixteen: badminton, table tennis, pickleball, squash, padel, tennis, basketball, futsal, cricket nets, corporate gyms, yoga studios, carrom, chess, billiards and pool, foosball and air hockey.
How much does a sports court cost? +
It depends on the footprint, the surface and the equipment, so there is no fixed price list. After a free one-day site audit you receive a floor plan, equipment list, installation timeline and total cost within 48 hours.
Will we have to manage separate vendors? +
No. sportsOS procures, delivers and installs everything, with GST invoices for your finance team. Your team approves the design and signs off the final walkthrough.
What happens after the facility is handed over? +
You receive the documentation, warranty register, usage guidelines and a maintenance schedule. If you want the facility kept in match condition, it can move straight onto a sportsOS sports facility AMC with no gap in upkeep.
