Maintenance

Sports Facility AMC & Maintenance for Corporate Campuses

Preventive maintenance that catches problems before your employees do.

sportsOS runs sports facility AMC contracts for corporate campuses in Bengaluru and across India. A badminton court out of service on match day, a snooker table drifted out of true, a foosball rod that jams mid-game: these are maintenance failures, and one preventive AMC covers every sport and recreation asset on campus to stop them.

What's Included

Everything a sports facility needs to stay in peak condition.

Most AMC contracts tell you what they cover. sportsOS tells you what they prevent, and backs it with SLA commitments.

Preventive Maintenance Visits

Scheduled proactive upkeep against a documented per-asset checklist, covering every sport and recreation asset on campus. Cadence scales by tier: quarterly, monthly or biweekly.

On-Call Service Visits

Ticket-based breakdown support with a pool of visits allocated per month and pooled per quarter. Raise it on the app, we roll out within SLA.

Minor Repairs & Servicing

On-visit labour: tightening, lubrication, rod and bearing servicing, net and cushion adjustment, cloth brushing, cue and ball checks, resolved on the spot.

Realignment, All Sports

Half-yearly realignment and recalibration across every sport, levelling, tensioning and true-play restoration, so equipment never quietly drifts out of spec.

Facility Health Reporting

Written report per sport: condition rating, issues raised and resolved, and upcoming work, delivered at your preventive cadence.

sportsOS Platform & App

On the sportsOS platform, raise tickets, track every visit, order consumables and view live reports and the spares register, one system for your whole facility.

Assets covered: court sports, table tennis, snooker, pool and billiards, foosball, carrom, chess and gym equipment.

Every visit runs against a documented per-asset checklist: snooker, pool and billiards get cloth tension and cushion checks; table tennis gets net height and table flatness checks; foosball gets rod alignment and bearing service; carrom gets surface smoothing and coin checks; chess gets piece and clock condition checks; badminton and court sports get net tension and line-marking checks; gym and fitness equipment gets belt, cable and calibration checks.

Exclusions

Clearly out of scope.

Kept short and simple. Anything below is either handled on the platform or arranged separately with prior approval, never an invisible surprise.

Consumables & Wear-Parts

Balls, cues, tips, chalk, rods, bearings, nets, cushion rubber, coins and strikers, ordered through the app as needed.

Major Replacements & New Assets

Full slate or table-body replacement, or new equipment purchase, is scoped and arranged separately as a capital item.

Damage from Misuse or Force Majeure

Vandalism, spillage, fire, flood or third-party mishandling of equipment sits outside standard preventive coverage.

Civil, Electrical & Lighting Works

Room lighting, flooring, power, HVAC and any non-equipment civil work fall outside the AMC. If you want them handled, sportsOS coordinates the specialist vendor and quotes the work separately.

Built For

Campuses that can't afford a broken court on match day.

Sports facility maintenance is invisible when it works, and very visible when it doesn't. A broken net on tournament day, a slippery court after a monsoon, a gym cable that snaps mid-session: these are reputational events, not just maintenance failures.

sportsOS's AMC model is preventive-first. We catch problems before your employees do.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about a sports facility AMC

What does a sports facility AMC from sportsOS cover? +

Preventive maintenance visits against a documented per-asset checklist, on-call service visits, minor repairs and servicing on every visit, half-yearly realignment across all sports, per-sport facility health reports, and access to the sportsOS app. Covered assets include court sports, table tennis, snooker, pool and billiards, foosball, carrom, chess and gym equipment.

What are the AMC response times? +

It depends on severity and tier. A critical issue, where the asset is unusable or a safety risk, gets a response within 72 hours on Essential, 48 hours on Standard and 24 hours on Premium. Major issues are 5 working days, 72 hours and 48 hours. Minor issues are handled at the next scheduled visit, or within 72 hours on Premium. The clock starts when the ticket is logged on the app.

How long is the contract and what is the notice period? +

Twelve months from go-live, auto-renewing by mutual written consent. Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice.

How do maintenance visits and tickets work? +

Preventive visits run quarterly, monthly or biweekly depending on your tier. For breakdowns, you raise a ticket on the app and it draws on your on-call allocation of 2, 4 or 6 visits a month, pooled per quarter. Unused on-call visits reset each quarter and do not carry over.

What is not covered by the AMC? +

Consumables and wear-parts, which are ordered through the app and billed on use; major replacements and new assets, which are quoted separately as a capital item; damage from misuse or force majeure; and civil, electrical, lighting, flooring and HVAC work. For those, sportsOS can coordinate a specialist vendor and quote separately.

How is AMC pricing worked out? +

Pricing is based on your asset inventory and the tier you choose, so there is no fixed price list. It starts with a free facility audit, and you receive an AMC proposal within 48 hours. If your asset count changes materially during the contract, the scope is reviewed.
