Set up a one-off match between two teams, score it, and record player stats.
Equipment quotations
Pick items from a catalogue of about 180 sports products in 19 categories and request a quote. It comes back with GST shown per item, at 0, 5 or 18%, to accept or reject in the app. See sports equipment supply.
AMC support
Preventive visits, health reports and consumables run through the same app under a sports facility AMC.

An employee or admin raises a ticket from their phone, with a photo of the problem.

What does the sportsOS platform do? +
It runs the operations of campus sports facilities: a facility register with live status, maintenance tickets with photo proof, vendor dispatch, tournaments with live scoring, quick matches, and equipment quotations with per-item GST.
Who uses it? +
Campus admins, employees and the sportsOS operations team. Employees raise tickets and play in tournaments, admins confirm work and run events, and sportsOS handles the jobs and vendors.
Can it run a tournament with live scoring? +
Yes. Registrations, fixtures, live scores, standings and a shareable match page all run on the platform. The BSC Padel Open moved from Excel to it.
How are maintenance tickets closed? +
Only with photo proof from whoever did the work. The admin or employee then confirms the fix or disputes it, and a disputed ticket reopens.
Does it handle court bookings or wellness programmes? +
Not today. Court booking is not part of the platform, and wellness features are not live yet.
