SLA-backedYour sports program is only as strong as its weakest operation.
Stockouts, delayed fit-outs and invisible maintenance do not just hurt play. They hurt trust in the employee experience.
Stockouts kill participation
Employees show up to play and the basics are missing. Without managed inventory, usage drops silently.
Fit-outs become projects
Multiple vendors, unclear ownership and delays turn simple facilities into weeks of coordination.
Maintenance is invisible
Most equipment is serviced only after it fails. sportsOS makes upkeep planned, tracked and accountable.
sportsOS is the single managed layer behind reliable workplace sport.

What our clients say.
From the people who ran the tournament, used the court and scored the matches.
Our budget was approved just three days before the tournament. sportsOS still had the venue booking, food and beverages, branding and speakers in place within two days. We were so pleased with the whole engagement that our future tournaments will be at Klutch, run by sportsOS.
Our basketball court was dead. Water collected on it, the surface had worn off and the bounce was uneven, so nobody used it. sportsOS laid an 8-layer acrylic system and finished on schedule despite heavy rain. The waterlogging is gone, the bounce is even, and the kids are back on the court.

We used to run the tournament on Excel. On the sportsOS app, the people on the ground entered scores, managed fixtures and moved teams into the next round without any trouble. It is very easy to use, and it made our lives a lot easier.

Frequently asked questions about corporate sports infrastructure.
Corporate sports infrastructure management is the procurement, installation, maintenance and day-to-day running of the sports and recreation facilities inside a workplace campus. It covers courts and equipment for sports such as badminton, basketball, table tennis, carrom, chess and foosball, plus the ongoing work: preventive maintenance, consumables, repairs and tournaments. In most companies these jobs are split across several vendors and handled reactively by the facilities team. A managed model puts them under one operator with defined response times, GST documentation and regular reporting, so HR and facility teams spend less time chasing vendors and employees find the courts ready to play. sportsOS runs this model from Bengaluru, building on the work Harish Puri & Co. has done with 100+ enterprise campuses since 1992.
A sports vendor typically handles a single transaction: supplying equipment, installing a court or doing a one-off repair. sportsOS works as a managed infrastructure partner. It looks after assets, response times, consumables, maintenance schedules and reporting under one contract, so instead of managing several vendors for different sports, facility and HR teams have one point of accountability. Maintenance runs on SLA-backed contracts, consumables are tracked so courts do not run out, and every job is GST-invoiced and documented for procurement audits. sportsOS has delivered this model across 100+ enterprise sites in India with a 99% SLA track record.
sportsOS is built for organisations that run corporate campuses in India: HR leaders managing engagement and wellness budgets, facility managers responsible for court and equipment uptime, procurement and admin teams approving vendor contracts, and workplace experience teams shaping the campus. It also works with IT parks, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), SEZ campuses, schools and large office buildings with shared recreation space. It suits campuses where sport is a structured benefit rather than an occasional amenity, especially those running more than two sports. sportsOS is based in Bengaluru, where most of its work is, and takes on projects anywhere in India.
Yes. sportsOS runs Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for campus sports facilities in three tiers. Preventive visits run quarterly on Essential, monthly on Standard and biweekly on Premium, each against a documented per-asset checklist and followed by a per-sport health report. Breakdowns are raised as tickets on the sportsOS app. A critical issue, where an asset is unusable or a safety risk, gets a response within 72 hours on Essential, 48 hours on Standard and 24 hours on Premium. Consumables are ordered through the app and billed on use. Major replacements, new equipment, and civil, electrical, lighting, flooring and HVAC work sit outside the AMC and are quoted separately. All work is documented with GST invoices and service reports.
Yes. sportsOS plans and runs corporate sports tournaments and sports days end to end, from registration to prize-giving. An engagement can cover fixtures and brackets, certified referees, equipment on the day, event branding, prizes and a participation report for HR, and every one is scoped to the client's brief. Recent events include a 150-player cricket tournament for HashedIn by Deloitte and the BSC Padel Open, both with fixtures and live scores on the sportsOS app. Tournaments can run on their own or as part of a wider sports calendar, and pricing is scoped per event.
Yes. sportsOS can run a managed wellness program on campus with yoga, Zumba and mobility sessions. We source certified instructors, build the timetable around your shifts, arrange a substitute when an instructor is unavailable, and send a monthly attendance summary. Programs can run on their own or alongside sports facility management, so one operator covers all your recreation facilities. Pricing depends on session frequency and headcount.
